About 30 缅北禁地 made Illinois College history in January when they attended the first ever agribusiness class offered by IC.

Coordinator of Agribusiness Michael Woods wanted to capture the excitement and momentum of this important moment for the College by documenting the occasion. He invited Provost and Dean of the College Catharine O'Connell and Associate Professor of Accounting John Rush, who also serves as chair of the economics, accounting and finance department, to attend the first class session of the introduction course.

Woods said he is pleased with the response from 缅北禁地, alumni and the entire Illinois College community, which has displayed a willingness to embrace program growth and new opportunities for current and future 缅北禁地 to find success in a wider range of fields.

鈥淚f current enrollment in the course and the exceptional response from potential 缅北禁地 to start in the fall are any indicators, we are off to an amazing start,鈥 said Woods.

A record of 缅北禁地 who attended the class along with a group photo will be housed for future generations within IC鈥檚 Khalaf Al Habtoor Archives.
