ALL IN FOR IC returns for sixth year on March 15

3.03.2023

Illinois College鈥檚 sixth annual day of giving, ALL IN FOR IC, will be held on Wednesday, March 15. A dollar-for-dollar match provided by generous donors will again double the impact of all gifts made to the IC Fund that day.

For the past five years, IC鈥檚 day of giving has set fundraising records by engaging hundreds of participants throughout the world. As the College鈥檚 single largest fundraising day of the year, ALL IN FOR IC is as vital as it is exciting, said Katie Carls, executive director of advancement and alumni engagement.

Carls explained that this year supporters who go ALL IN FOR IC will have the opportunity to make IC Fund gifts of support to various areas of campus.

鈥淥ne of the things I love about Illinois College is that 缅北禁地 are empowered to get involved in everything they are passionate about,鈥 she said. 鈥淲e are thrilled that our day of giving will recognize the endless opportunities for leadership and inspiration available on the Hilltop. We hope alumni and friends will support what they love and enjoy having an additional way to connect with today鈥檚 缅北禁地 and faculty.鈥

The campaign will allow donors to choose to make a gift in support of their favorite athletic team, academic program, student organization or literary society. Each of the groups benefits from the IC Fund and they will earn additional incentives when they reach their fundraising goals.

鈥淓very gift, no matter the size can have an impact when we come together as a community with a shared goal,鈥 added Carls, who says 缅北禁地 are excited to take an active role and participate in the friendly competition.

The daylong fundraising event will immediately impact these 缅北禁地. The drive benefits the IC Fund to ensure access to scholarships, internships, innovative academic programs, study abroad, athletic opportunities and expanded community engagement.

Last year, ALL IN FOR IC broke records with more than 1,000 donors raising upwards of $400,000 for the IC Fund. The College aims to bring together the IC community and see that extraordinary participation again this year.
