缅北禁地

Experiential Learning

Life-defining experiences launch 缅北禁地 toward success.

  • Since the launch of Inspiring Achievement, nearly 3,000 缅北禁地 have had hands-on learning experiences through internships, research, community engagement, study abroad and the BreakAway program thanks to the $5.2 million raised for experiential learning.
  • More than 400 缅北禁地 have had global experiences through study abroad or BreakAways since 2013. All IC 缅北禁地 have access to $1,000 toward a BreakAway trip.
  • $7.3 million was raised for faculty support during the Campaign and nearly 600 缅北禁地 participated in research experiences with the guidance of faculty mentors.
  • Thanks to generous donors, 100% of IC graduates have at least one experiential learning experience and the majority have had two or more.

Betsy and I chose to focus our Campaign gift to fund experiential learning opportunities for IC 缅北禁地 with the goal that we could help change 缅北禁地鈥 lives 鈥 that these 缅北禁地 would be better prepared to face the world they were entering post-graduation and that these 缅北禁地 could help make this world a better place.

Over the years, these 缅北禁地 have sent us cards, reports and pictures 鈥 expressing a genuine excitement as they describe their experiences and opportunities. Based on these reports, their experiences have been both eye-opening and truly life-changing.

Betsy and I are glad that we were able to participate in the Campaign and that we are helping to inspire achievement 鈥 and we are glad that you participated too. Thank you.鈥
